Pork Fried Rice

Submitted by: DANIELISTHOR

Introduction

Use leftover rice or pre-cook the rice and allow to cool. I also tend to use left over pork or pre-cook the pork before making the fried rice, allowing it to cool. Cook the mixed vegetables and drain of water. Use leftover rice or pre-cook the rice and allow to cool. • Excellent!! Made this for my fiance and myself one night for a late dinner after the kids ate at my mothers and then came home and went to bed. Was really pretty easy to make and didnt take very long either... My fiance has requested it be added to our usual rotation! - 3/16/14

  • I tend to actually cook the pork and set it aside on a plate, then scramble & cook the eggs, add the veggies, add the pork back in and then add the rice. I also add sriracha to give it a bit of heat. Delicious! - 7/23/13
