  • The good ... easy to make / extremely healthy.
The bad ... a tasteless mass of overcooked vegetables. The 'Parm' cheese ... was no help.
The ugly ... not cloves, cumin, more thyme, nutmeg, pepper, salt, nor more garlic helped.
    The possible ... add sausage. - 1/20/13

  • SO good!!! I didn't have plain diced tomatoes, just the ones with oregano and basil, so I used those instead of the plain and thyme. Very filling, froze a few servings, too. Even my 16 month old liked it. :) - 1/28/11

  • Just added 8 oz. of italian sausage (goes great w/ cabbage!) and used 1 qt of vegetable broth. Added some chopped carrots & chopped kale to make an all around great soup! Everybody liked it! - 11/6/10
