    * Soy Protein Power w/ Spirulina, 29 gram(s)
    * Silk, Plain Soymilk, 1 cup, 2 serving
    * Mangos, .5 cup, sliced
    * Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), .5 cup
    * Strawberries, frozen, unsweetened, .5 cup

Directions

Do not unthaw the fruits just drop them in the blender on ice crush mode and let her whip. Until smooth, pour and drink. Feel free to add any fruits you want.
