2 Tablespoons Dark Soy Sauce 1 Tablespoon Molasses or dark honey 1 Tablespoon Fish Sauce 1/2 Tablespoon Black Pepper 3 Tablespoons oil 1 Tablespoon Garlic -- finely chopped 4 Cups Chinese Broccoli 3 cups prepared rice noodles 2 Medium Eggs -- lightly beaten Ground Thai Chiles -- to taste
Combine soy, molasses, fish sauce and pepper in a small bowl. Saute garlic in oil for about 15 seconds. Add broccoli and stir fry for 5 minutes. Remove from pan. Add noodles and toss until heated through. Push noodles to the side of the pan. Add eggs and let cook for 30 seconds without stirring. Scramble eggs in with the noodles, add broccoli and soy sauce mixture. Stir fry for 1 minute. Sprinkle with thai chile powder and serve.
