Korean Dipping Sauce

Introduction

This dipping sauce has a nice bite to it from the red pepper paste and goes well with pot stickers and dumplings. I use it as my main salad dressing on Asian inspired salads. Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 garlic clove
    2 tsp finely grated ginger
    2 tsp red pepper paste
    1 TBS agave nectar or honey
    1 TBS sesame seeds
    2 tsp sesame oil
    1 TBS rice wine
    1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce or tamari

Directions

Mix all ingredients and chill until needed. I use a salad dressing bottle to store mine.
