QCSAHP - Oregano Lemon Chicken

Ingredients

3 each chicken breast
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons honey
4 1/2 teaspoons Oil, olive
2 1/2 teaspoon Oregano, dried
1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
1 teaspoon Salt
Directions
To Prepare for Group:
1. Combine all ingredients in gallon bag; freeze.
Cooking Day:
1. Grill or bake in baking dish on 375 for 45 minutes basting occasionally.
Alternate Cooking Method:
Crockpot
Cut up the chicken and cooked it in the pan with the liquid from the bag. Then throw in fresh spinach and cut
tomatoes. Cook spaghetti noodles and added them at the last minute and topped it off with parmesan cheese.
