  • This is really delicious. I added in some pot barley and a splash of red wine vinegar. It freezes beautifully and makes a great lunch on a workday. - 10/13/13

  • I LOVE this soup! The ingredients are inexpensive and it tastes absolutely delish! I was wary of using so much chicken broth (sodium) & was only making enough for myself so I instead used 1 cup of water and 1 cup of chicken broth. I thought it wouldn't have as much flavor, but I am glad I was wrong! - 10/2/09

  • This was a pretty good recipe, however I didn't use any chicken broth. - 6/29/09
