Butternut Squash, 2 cup, cubes
Olive Oil, 2 1tsp
Thyme, ground, 1 1tsp
Salt Sense Salt substitute, .5 tsp
Pepper, black, .5 tbsp
Cut the squash in half and remove the seeds, peel the squash and cut into 1" cubes.
In a glass or plastic bowl, mix the sqush, oil, thyme, salt and pepper until the squash is well-coated.
Place on a cooking sheet and back for approximately 40 minutes, turning the pieces once about halfway through.
