Introduction

The easiest and best tasting blue cheese dressing ever! The easiest and best tasting blue cheese dressing ever!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
    1/4 cup light mayo
    1/4 cup blue cheese
    Lots of freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Mix altogether with a liberal amount of freshly ground black pepper. In these amounts, you should get about 6 servings of 2 tablespoons each.

Basically you mix equal parts of nonfat yogurt, light mayo, and blue cheese. Grind in lots of black pepper. The nutritional info should be good for each 2 tablespoon serving.
