Spinach Salad

Introduction

Either prepare ahead and toss or allow others to blend their own at table. Ingredients

    10 ounce package fresh spinach
    Iceberg lettuce, broken into pieces
    1/4 lb bacon
    Dressing:
    1 egg, beaten blend with
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/3 to 1/2 cup vinegar (to taste)
    1 small onion, finely chopped

Directions

1/2 to 1 cup if served before dinner, larger if served as complete meal. I'd judge it to back 6-10 dinner salads.
