    Beans, red kidney, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 2 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, 3 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced
    Canned Tomatoes, 3 cup
    Wild Rice, 1 cup
    1/2 cup water

Directions

soak beans over nite.
shred veggies.
add in slow cooker as shredding
add 2 can's tomatoes.
and water.
turn slow cooker on high and walk away.
