Banana Berry Smoothie

Introduction

Variation on another smoothie here using soymilk instead of non-fat milk and without any whey protein. Variation on another smoothie here using soymilk instead of non-fat milk and without any whey protein.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Banana
    1 and 1/4 cups of frozen mixed berries
    1/3 cup of soy milk (unsweetened vanilla)
    2 Tbsp Organic Plain Nonfat yogurt
    Handful of ice

Directions

Chop banana and throw all the ingredients in the blender.
I use the pulse button to chop everything up and then liquify, but may vary depending on your blender.

Servings 2 - approximately 8 oz each.
