1 whole chicken breast, cooked, cubed 1 c. long grain or brown rice, cooked 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 1 (8 oz) can of mushrooms 6 scrambled eggs Soy Sauce Bean sprouts Water chestnuts Almonds, sliced
Cook rice. Cook chicken and chop into pieces. Chop onion and green pepper and saute in a little oil or stir fry. Add sliced mushrooms, scrambled eggs. Add chopped chicken and soy sauce to your taste. Add cooked rice and bean sprouts. Mix it all together and serve with soy sauce. This can be prepared in a wok or a large skillet.
