Creamy mashed potatoes

Ingredients

3 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
1/4 cup light sour cream
Smart Balance buttery spread
salt
pepper
water
Directions
Put potatoes in saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil. Boil until they are fork tender, drain and add back to pan. Mash with sour cream, Smart Balance, salt, and pepper to taste.
