Mom's Tuna Casserole

Introduction

Pretty standard tuna casserole, with a few healthy substitutions! Lower sodium, some nice fiber, and lots of protein! Pretty standard tuna casserole, with a few healthy substitutions! Lower sodium, some nice fiber, and lots of protein!

Ingredients

    2 large packs (6.4 oz) light tuna, packed in water (drain) Starkist is what I used
    baby bella mushrooms, one package
    3 cans Campbells Low Sodium cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup Kraft 2% shredded cheddar cheese
    1 package Ronzoni Healthy Harvest extra wide noodle style
    2 cups frozen peas

Directions

Cook the noodles according to package directions.

In a large casserole dish, combine noodles and all other ingredients. Bake in the oven at 350 20-30 minutes or until all ingredients are hot and blended, or microwave on high 10-15 minutes, stirring occassionally.
