Introduction

Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    Onions, raw, 1 medium diced
    Garlic, 2 clove diced
    Beef broth 1.5 cup (remove)
    Stewed Tomatoes 1 can 16 oz
    Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced
    1 pkg Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix
    1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
    2 cans Green Chili Peppers
    1 C black beans

Directions

Brown ground beef over medium heat in a large pot, add diced onion, garlic and green peppers, brown completely then add beef broth, tomatoes, green chili's, zucchini, and taco seasoning. Simmer approximately 20 minutes until zucchini and peppers are soft. Enjoy approximately (8) 1 cup servings.
