1 cup flour
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts (optional)
8 oz fat free cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1-16 oz carton cool whip lite
2 - 1oz boxes (small) Jello Sugar free Fat free Lemon pudding
3 cups cold fat free milk
Mix cream cheese with powdered sugar and fold in 1/2 carton cool whip. Carefully spread onto crust. (I usually put blobs of the mixture all around on the crust, makes it easier to spread without pulling up the crust.)
Mix pudding and milk together and beat with rotary beater on low setting. Let set 2 minutes. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining cool whip and finely chopped walnuts (if desired). Keep refridgerated.
Cut into 12 equal square servings. Serving size is 1 square.
