Ingredients

    2 medium iceberg lettuce leafs,washed and dry
    4 slices lean deli ham
    2 slices provolone cheese
    celery thinly sliced about 5 inches long
    4 tbls helmans mayonaise
    salt and pepper
    9optional)

Directions

spread prepared lettuce leaves with 2 tbls helmans mayo.stack up all other ingrediants on top of the mayo.taking the long end roll up like a burritto.when off induction add pickles to this for 1 carb per dill pickle.
