Greek Pasta Salad with Spicy BBQ Prawns

Ingredients

    Salad:

    6 cups bowtie pasta
    150 grams feta
    5 cups mixed salad greens
    1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
    1/2 cup cucumber cut into small pieces

    Dressing:

    3 Tbsp Greek Seasoning
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar

    Prawns & bbq sauce:

    450 grams uncooked prawns or shrimp
    3/4 cup ketchup
    1 tsp Olive oil
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/4 cup brown sugar
    2 garlic cloves
    1/4 cup chili garlic sauce (not the sweet kind)

Directions

Prepare the pasta according to pkg directions.

Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil and add garlic. Cook for 30 seconds and add remaining sauce ingredients. Cook until slightly thickened. Add prawns and cook for 3--4 minutes turning once.

Add salad greens, tomatoes and cucumber to the bowtie pasta. Toss dressing into the salad. Sprinkle feta over the top of the salad. Serve with spicy bbq sauce prawns.
