Baked Fish with Spice
Submitted by: MRSNIXNumber of Servings: 6
Ingredients
-
2 pkgs Haddock (or other white fish)
4 tbsp light mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce (I use low sodium but it wasn't an option on the ingredients list)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 500 degrees. Rinse the fish fillets and pat dry.
In a small dish, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, mustard, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and cayenne pepper.
Spray a casserole dish with nonstick spray. Lay the fish in the dish and spread mayonnaise mixture over the fillets.
Let fish sit to marinate for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork and serve immediately.
