6 oz. fresh baby spinach
1 bonelelss skinless chicken breast
2 Tablespoons Chunky peanut butter
1/2 cut alfalfa sprouts
Add grilled chicken to top. Melt Peanut butter in microwave oven on 1/2 power for 1 minutes.
Drizzle 1 Tablespoon of peanut butter over each salad. Top each plate with 1/4 cup of Alfalfa sprouts. Serves 2
