Super Delish Bean Salad

Introduction

Bean salad great as a light main dish or side.
Serves 8 at approximately 200g per serving.

Ingredients

    Onions 15 g
    Red Peppers 90 g
    Green Peppers 70 g
    Green Olives 20 g
    Green Peas 130 g
    Brown Beans 235 g
    Baby Carrots 265 g
    Chickpeas 240 g
    Kidney Beans 230 g
    Green Beans 230 g
    Feta Cheese 85 g
    Pinch of salt, pepper, garlic powder
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar

Directions

I used canned ingredients because it's easy.
Drain and rinse the canned goods and toss into big bowl.
Add in chopped onion.
Add in diced pepper.
Add a pinch of salt, a pinch of pepper and a teaspoon of garlic powder.
Chop feta into cubes and throw into salad.
Add oil and vinegar.
Toss and serve.
