Submitted by: MEMPHISBRAT

Introduction

Found this soup in a diet magazine. A replacement for the old cabbage soup diet. The soup is very filling and it helps control my cravings, full of protein and fiber. I have on occasion added a can of mixed vegetables to make it different flavor is wonderful. Found this soup in a diet magazine. A replacement for the old cabbage soup diet.
