Lemongrass Tilapia

Introduction

Yummy lemon flavor - family asks for seconds!! You can find lemongrass paste in the produce section of your local grocery store by the herbs and lettuce. Yummy lemon flavor - family asks for seconds!! You can find lemongrass paste in the produce section of your local grocery store by the herbs and lettuce.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    16 oz tilapia - thawed if frozen
    2 tablespoons lemon grass paste
    1/4 c panko bread crumbs
    30 sprays asian dressing (I used ken's)

Directions

Makes 4 main dish servings

Thaw fish if frozen. Place in a dish sprayed with cooking spray. Smooth the lemon grass over the top of the fish. Sprinkle with panko crumbs and spray with cooking spray to get crumbs to "stick". Cook about 10 minutes and serve with rice and veggies for a quick, low calorie and yummy dinner. Enjoy.
