Introduction

Thsi is really sweet, healthy, and delicious! You can use vanilla flavored coffee and yogurt too if you would like to make it more flavorfull Thsi is really sweet, healthy, and delicious! You can use vanilla flavored coffee and yogurt too if you would like to make it more flavorfull
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Medium banana
    1 tspn cinnamon
    2-3 Packets of Sweet N' Low (I used 3 but it depends how sweet you like things)
    1/2 cup of Coffee (I used Seattles Best Vanilla Bean)
    1/2 cup of Vanilla Yogurt (Fat free Yoplait)

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender, blend for about 15 seconds, pour into a tall glass and freeze.
It usually takes a few hours to fully freeze but its so worth it!!!!
