Ingredients

3 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 cup Brown Rice
2 1/4 cups Water
1/4 cup Paremsan Cheese, grated
Directions
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium high heat. Add the Onion Powder and Garlic Powder, mixing well. Saute the Brown Rice for 2 - 3 minutes, then add the water. Bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 40 - 45 minutes, or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender. Stir in the Parmesan Cheese until it is melted.
