Maple Granola

Introduction

Delicious Maple Granola Delicious Maple Granola
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    3 cups rolled oats
    1 cup cashews - pieces
    1 cup coconut - raw
    1 cup slivered almonds
    1/4 cup +2 tablespoons maple syrup
    1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine oats, cashews, coconut almonds, salt and brown sugar.

In a separate bowl combine maple syrup and oilive oil. Mix throughly. Pour combination on to other mixture. Toss until all oat mixture is coated.

Pour mixture into 2 separate cookie sheets with sides. Place into 200 degree oven for 1 1/4 hours, tossing every 15 minutes for even baking.

Cool completely and enjoy

One serving size is 1/4 cup.
