Chicken Noodle Soup

Introduction

Very quick, and comforting soup. Very quick, and comforting soup.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Carrots, raw, 3 medium, sliced
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium, sliced
    Onions, raw, 1 medium, diced
    Chicken Broth, 6 cup
    Chicken Thigh, 2 thigh, bone and skin removed, cooked and diced
    Peas, frozen, 1 cup
    Egg Noodles, enriched, 2 cup

Directions

Cook carrots, celery, and onion in oil until tender. Add Chicken Broth, chicke, and peas. Bring to boil, simmer for 10min. Add noodles, and simmer additional 10min, or until noodles are done.
