Broccoli Salad My Way

4 cups fresh broccoli florets, chopped
3 slices crisply cooked bacon, crumbled
1/3 cup finely chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1 cup Smart Balance Light Mayo
1/3 cup Nature's Sweet Crystals (Maltitol)
1 Tablespoon red wine vinegar
Mix together the mayo, sweet crystals and vinegar.
Combine with broccoli mixture.
Refrigerate a couple hours for best blending.
Makes 12 1/2 cup servings.
