Springtime Asparagus

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 cup(4 oz) sliced mushrooms
    1/4 cup Kraft Light Done Right House Italian Dressing
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 lb fresh asparagus or 1 10 oz package frozen spears, thawed
    2 Tbsp slliced almonds

Directions

Mix mushrooms, dressing and lemon juice in a large nonstick skillet; cook over medium heat for 3-5 minutes or until mushrooms are tender, stirring frequently.

Top with asparagus, cover. Reduce heat to medium low, simmer until asparagus is crisp tender.

Sprinkle with sliced almonds if desired.
