Seasoned Rice Mix

Introduction

This is a mix that you store. The Nutritional information does not include the butter or margarine needed to complete this. This is a mix that you store. The Nutritional information does not include the butter or margarine needed to complete this.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup spaghetti, broken into very small pieces
    2 cups rice, uncooked*
    1/4 cup dried parsley flakes
    6 Tbsp. instant chicken or beef bouillon powder**
    2 tsp onion powder
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp dried thyme

    *For the Nutritional Information I used chicken
    **For the Nutritional Information I used white rice

Directions

Mix all ingredients and store in an airtight container. To use, put 1 cup mix, 2 Tbsp. margarine and 2 cups water in a saucepan. Bring to boil, cover, reduce hear and simmer for 15 minutes or until the rice is tender. Makes 3 cups uncooked.
