Ingredients

    1 lb chicken tenders
    1 cup buttermilk
    2 tsp dijon mustard
    2 egg whites
    3/4 cup breadcrumbs
    1/2 tsp salt substitute (Morton's)
    pepper

Directions

mix buttermilk, dijon and egg whites.
separately, mix bread crumbs salt and pepper
dip chicken pieces in buttermilk mixture
and then in bread crumb mixture
place on a greased baking sheet
bake at 400 for 20 to 30 minutes
