Introduction

Potatoes & Onions Potatoes & Onions

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs potatoes
    1 onion
    1 tbsp vegetable oil
    2 tbsp butter

Directions

Slice potatoes and onions thinly.

Put oil and butter in a large skillet. Once butter froths, add potatoes & onions

Put a weighted dinner plate on the potatoes to get them to brown. After 3 minutes, flip and replace the plate. Keep doing this for 20 minutes until potatoes are tender and browned
