Spicy Noodle Soup w/ Shrimp

Introduction

This is just as good as any Chinese restaurant soup. It warms you on a cold day, and just comforts all around. If you like it spicier add more chili sauce. Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup Soba Noodles
    10 Medium shrimp- fresh or frozen
    1 tsp Hot Chili Sauce
    1/4 cup Waterchestnuts
    1/2 cup snow peas
    2 cups water

Directions

Bring to a boil 2 cups water.
Add Soba Noodles cook for 3 minutes.
Add chili sauce, waterchestnuts, shrimp& snow peas.
Boil an additional 4 minutes.
Pour into bowl and enjoy.
