Currey Honey Dijon Chicken

Ingredients


    * Chicken Thigh, 454 grams
    * Curry powder, 1/2 tbsp
    * Onions, raw, 1 1/25 tbsp chopped
    * Honey, 1/4 cup
    * *Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard, 1/4 tsp
    * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    * Hot Pepper Sauce, 1/2 tsp
    1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a baggie. Let marinade for a couple of hours.
Cook in covered cassarole dish @ 350 for 25 minutes. Then flip chicken over for another 25 minutes. Can remove lid near end to thicken sauce.
