dijon turkey cutlets

Introduction

Lightly breaded turkey cutlets- high in protein and low in calories- very filling Lightly breaded turkey cutlets- high in protein and low in calories- very filling
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 pkg thin sliced turkey breast cutlets (4 oz ea)
    3/4 cup panko bread crumbs
    1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
    1/2 container greek yogurt
    1 tbs dijon mustard
    1 egg w/ a bit of water

Directions

Preheat over to 400 degrees
Scramble egg and water in shallow bowl
mix breadcrumbs and cheese in lg plate
dip each turkey cutlet in egg, then crumb mix
place on baking sheet and cook for approx 15 min
turn cutlets halfway through
mix yogurt w mustard and serve on side
