TK:Baked Oatmeal


Number of Servings: 12


    3 cups uncooked old fashioned oatmeal
    3 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp salt
    1 ½ cup skim milk
    3 eggs
    1 cup unsweetened applesauce
    stevia ( to your likeness)
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 ½ T cinnamon
    1 ½ cups canned pumpkin


Preheat oven to 350* Combine wet ingredients and add dry ingredients.

Bake in sprayed 13×9 pan for 40-45 minutes.

Eat right away or keep in fridge. Both taste good.
