Ingredients

1 very ripe banana
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp. sugar
1 oz. butter, melted
Directions
Put all except butter in blender and liquidize to a smooth batter. Add butter just before frying. Makes 20 three inch pancakes.
