1 lb venison 4 TBS chili paste 1 cup rice noodles 1TBS olive oil
Heat 1Tbs oil in wok. Add venison cut into bite size chunks. Cook until browned, approx. 5 min. Add 4 Tbs chili paste (more or less to taste). Cook rice noodles according to package directions. Stir noodles into venison. Can serve over rice or eat as is.
