Ingredients

    1 3/4 CUP FLOUR
    1/2 C SPLENDA
    1/2 C BROWN SPLENDA
    3/4 C COCOA
    1 1/2 TSP BAKING SODA and BAKING POWDER
    PINCH SALT
    1 1/4 C LOW FAT BUTTERMILK
    1/4 C OIL
    2 LG EGGS
    2 TSP VANILLA
    1 C HOT STRONG COFFEE( I USE DECAF)

Directions

PREHEAT OVEN TO 350 DEGREES
BLEND FLOUR AND SPLENDA'S,COCOA,BAKING POWDER AND BAKING SODA AND SALT.
COMBINE BUTTERMILK,OIL,EGGS,VANILLA AND COFFEE.
ADD DRY INGREDIENTS TO BUTTERMILK MIXTURE USING AN ELECTRIC MIXER FOR TWO MIN.
POUR BATTER INTO CAKE OR BUNDT PAN AND BAKE FOR 35 MIN OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN.
MAKES 10 SERVINGS
