1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken Breast - diced
Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
Corn Starch, 1 tsp
Egg white 1
Sunflower Oil (oleic), 1 cup
Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia)
Scallions, raw, 3 medium cut in 1" pieces
1 Green bell Peppers - chopped
1 lb Broccoli florets, fresh
*Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp
*Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp (remove)
Corn Starch, 2 tsp
1/3 cup of slivered Almonds,
Dice chicken and put in marinade - let stand in fridge for 30 minutes
Heat 1 cup of oil in wok on high for 2 minutes.
Add chicken - stir fry for 2 minutes
Remove chicken with a slotted spoon and drain well.
Remove oil from wok except 2 tblsp
Stir fry veggies in oil
remove from wok.
Add 2 tbsp of oil to wok and stir fry ginger root for 1 minute
Remove ginger root from wok and toss.
combine ingrediants for seasoning sauce and add to wok
Bring to a boil
Add chicken back to wok
Add veggies back to wok
Add Almonds to wok
Serve with Rice - brown or white.
