Ingredients

"GROBBEL'S" Corned Beef Brisket (4oz. srv.), 45.92 serving, in English- 2.87 lb. pre-packaged & seasoned.
Red Potato, 300 grams or in English, 3 small- quartered & peeled.
Baby Carrots, raw, 12 medium
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) quartered
Cabbage, small, quartered & added just about 15 min. into completion of cooking.
Directions
Prefered method here is a Crock Pot, timing there is 4 hrs. on High. Further instruction are included on the bag for the Original Method.
Open bag, rinse Brisket to cut down on the salt. Place in Crock Pot, setting to High for 4 hrs. Cook till the last 15-20 min. Add the vegetables, except for the Cabbage! Unless you prefer your cabbage 'mushy' instead of 'crisp'. Replace the lid & let set after finished for an additionl 15-20 min. Serve!
Left-overs great for those Reubens Sandwiches! Low-fat 1,000 Island dressing of course!
