Chicken Pot Pie

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 1/2 skinless boneless chicken breast
    1 can cream of mushroom soup 98%fat free
    1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    1/3 of a cup of 2% milk
    2 cans of buttermilk biscuits
    16 0z bag of mixed vegtables

Directions

Defrost mixed vegtables.Mix mixed vegtables and both cans of soup and milk together in a baking dish. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for about 1/2 an hour, then remove foil . While veggies are cooking cut chicken into small cubes and saute on stove top. mix in with vegtables after 1/2 an hour. Cut biscuits into 4 pieces and lay on top of the mixture. Cook an additional 15 minutes until biscuits are golden brown. Makes 6 servings
