1 cup Skim Milk
1 fruit yogurt (100 grams)
1 small banana
1 cup frozen unsweetened mixed fruit (peaches, pineapple, red seedless grapes, strawberries, honey dew melon)
2. Blend until smooth. Makes about 4 cups or 2 16oz glass servings.
I find this drink very filling and use it as a breakfast or lunch meal quite often. Add a spoonful of lite cool whip to the top for an extra treat! ( calories for that not included in recipe )
