Ingredients

    Ingredients:


    Peas and carrots, frozen, 2 cup
    Dungeness Crab, 8 oz
    Mushrooms, canned, 113 grams
    Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup
    Goat Cheese, Soft, 1 oz
    Yogurt, plain, skim milk, .67 cup
    Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can 10.75 oz)
    Celery, raw, .5 cup, diced
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Macaroni, whole-wheat, 454 grams
    Garlic, 2 clove
    *Heinz Horseradish sauce, 2 tsp
    Pepper to taste

Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions. While noodels are cooking chop celery, onions and garlic. Mix all ingredients together, add pepper to taste. Add Noodles to the mixed ingredients. Spray pam in 13 x 9 pan. Put the mixture in prepared pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
