Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Turkey
    1 each Yellow & Orange Pepper, diced
    1 large Onion, finely diced
    6 cloves Garlic, finely diced
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    2 Medium Tomatoes, diced
    1 8oz can Tomato Sauce
    1 cup Pacific Natural Foods Organic Free Range Chicken Broth,
    1 tsp Ground Cumin
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1/2 tsp Black Pepper
    1 tsp Kosher salt

Directions

Heat olive oil in large sauce pan. Add ground turkey, brown. Add onion, cook until tender. Add garlic. Add peppers and tomatoes. Add spices and stir. Add tomatoe sauce and broth, bring to boil. Lower heat to simmer and cover. Cook until vegetables are tender. Serve over brown rice.
