Crock Pot Pork Loin Serving = 6 oz cooked

Introduction

Delicious. We use leftovers for fajitas and shredded bbq. Delicious. We use leftovers for fajitas and shredded bbq.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    ***3 1/2 pound fresh pork loin roast
    1 onion
    1-2 bay leaves
    1/2 cup of wter
    1-2 TBSP soy sauce
    slices of or minced garlic
    salt & pepper

    ***the 3 1/2 pound roast cooked down to 3 pounds. One serving is 6 oz cooked meat.

Directions

Cut up onion & put onion, bay leave(s), water & soy sauce in crock pot.

Cut 5-6 slits in the pork roast ( I make more slits) & fill with minced garlic ... I prefer to use slices of garlic because it's easier to put in the pockets than minced garlic.

Salt & pepper.

Cook in crock pot on low for 10 hours.
