1---3 lb. Spaghetti Squash
Cut squash in half lengthwise, and discard seeds. Place squash halves, cut sides down, in a 13 X 9 inch baking pan; add water to dish to a depth of 1/2 inch. Bake at 350* for 45 minutes or until squash is tender when pierced with a fork. Remove squash from pan, and cool. Scrape inside if squash with a fork to remove spaghetti-like strands. Yiels 5 cups. (serving size: 1cup)
