Introduction

A crust less quiche like dish that is delish and super easy. A crust less quiche like dish that is delish and super easy.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup quinoa, dry, and then cooked
    2 cups broccoli steamed and chopped
    5 eggs blended
    1 cuo moz cheese shredded

Directions

Cook your quinoa and broccoli, blend your eggs, shred you cheese.
When all ingredients are ready.....
put broccoli and quinoa in skillet and mix. Place on med heat burner. when pan is hot add in cheese and eggs and QUICKLY stir to coat, leave until eggs are set. place into oven on broil for 5 mins or until golden brown. serve like a pie!
