Introduction

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 cup fat free ricotta cheese
    1 egg
    1 packet splenda
    sugar free maple syrup, to taste
    cinnamon, to taste

Directions

Mix, cook in micro 3 min. This smells wonderful! Cooked egg w/in cheese gives the texture somewhat of oatmeal.
I don't add the splenda and it is still good.

  • I was surprised, but my husband and I actually liked this. It satisfies when you want something sweet for breakfast. I added some chopped nuts on it too. Will be making tomorrow too. - 9/13/14
